To register, click on the Sign Up / Register button on the homepage and submit your company details, trade license, and contact information. Once verified by the admin team, you will receive login credentials via email.

Agents must maintain sufficient balance in their wallet to confirm bookings. If the wallet balance is insufficient, the booking will not be processed. You can request a wallet top-up from the admin team.

Yes, you can cancel or modify bookings based on the hotel’s cancellation policy. Please check the cancellation terms before confirming the booking. Refunds (if applicable) will be credited back to your wallet.

Once the booking is successfully confirmed and payment is deducted from your wallet, the voucher will be generated instantly and sent to your registered email. You can also download it from the “My Bookings” section.
